Grace Wynne

Grace brings more than 12 years of experience in financial services, with a background in corporate banking, private equity financing, and complex capital structures. As a Relationship Manager at Cleros Wealth Partners, she draws on her experience in business development, due diligence, and relationship management to support clients and the broader team. Her analytical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to responsive service help foster strong client relationships.

Before Cleros, Grace served at Prosperity Bank, where she specialized in sponsor finance and private equity transactions as a senior debt provider. In this role, she helped private equity firms navigate company acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, roll-up strategies, real estate purchases, working capital needs, and subscription lines. Earlier in her career, she worked as a corporate banker at BOK Financial Corporation. These experiences gave her a strong understanding of complex capital structures at both the fund and portfolio levels.

Grace earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business.

Outside the office, Grace enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter, as well as exploring new restaurants and cuisines both at home and while traveling. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, she continues to call the city home with her husband, David, and their daughter, Kay.
