Founding Partner
As a Founding Partner of Cleros Wealth Partners, Jamie brings nearly three decades of wealth management experience and a strong background in organizational leadership, business strategy, and team development. Having held senior leadership positions throughout his career, Jamie played an important role in establishing Cleros as an independent firm with the flexibility, resources, and operational foundation to serve families with complex financial needs.
At Cleros, Jamie focuses on client relationships, oversees team operations, and guides the firm’s business strategy and long-term growth. His experience leading wealth management teams across Texas gives him a valuable perspective on building an organization that brings together experienced professionals, comprehensive capabilities, and a consistent commitment to client service.
Before co-founding Cleros, Jamie spent more than two decades at UBS Financial Services, where he held several management and leadership positions, including overseeing the Downtown Houston Complex and the Fort Worth and West Texas Complex. Earlier in his career, he worked at Merrill Lynch in Dallas and Cannon Financial Institute in Athens, Georgia.
Jamie holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designations. He attended the University of Georgia.
Jamie lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with his wife, Pam, and their four daughters.
